Change of dates
Date changes are possible free of charge up to 14 days before the planned stay and subject to other dates being available.
arrival: 6 p.m. and departure 11 a.m.

Cancellation policy

As with most online sales / reservations, the 50% deposit paid to us is non-refundable. Why? Everyone will understand that a hotel with 50 rooms can be quite flexible as a cancellation has limited effect on them. As we only have a small number of rooms, we cannot take the risk of blocking our rooms, refusing a lot of requests and ending up with someone who changes their mind as the stay nears. Thank you for your kind understanding.


ATTENTION / no cancellation or refund from November 25 to January 3

For reservations with several rooms (more than 1 room requested) and / or for stays in high season (Christmas- DECEMBER-, Easter, etc.) we will ask you for the total amount of the stay when booking.
The house only accepts children from 14 years old. the rooms are for 2 people.


Stays: 1 date change is possible up to 14 working days before the initial stay., Subject to availability, In the event of cancellation the deposit remains due and less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay will be billed.


No-show: 100% of the amount of the stay is due, including all the services and products as requested in the reservation file, the tenant loses the deposit paid and ATTENTION the entire stay for cancellations before arrival and all reservations at the end of November, for the whole month of December and the New Year. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.


We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Rmk: If you pay your deposit / stay with a Visa Premier or Mastercard Gold card, your bank card offers you free cancellation insurance. A good idea!


The management of the hotel reserves the right to modify these prices without notice before the confirmation of the reservation.

For booking with multiple rooms (more than 1 room requested) and / or for stays during high season (Christmas- DECEMBRE-  , Easter, etc) we will request the full amount of the stay upon reservation.
The house only welcomes children from 14 years old. the rooms are for 2 people.

Stays: 1 change of dates is possible up to 14 workings days before the initial stay., Subject to availability, In case of cancellation the deposit remains of and less than 14workings  days before arrival, the total amount of the stay will be taken.
On the side of Anne's house reserves the right to cash the entire stay 14 working days before the scheduled arrival date. 

No-show: 100% of the amount of the stay is due, included all services and products as requested in the booking filethe tenant loses the deposit paid and CAUTION entire stay for cancellations  before arrival and all bookings for December. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance..
